The Mad Monster is a world war 2 era monster and mad scientist RELIC! The mad Monster played by Glenn Strange (the man Hollywood got to play monsters when Boris Karloff was not available or too expensive) plays a Janitor who turns into a monster.....A Mad Monster! He is treated badly by a scientific mad man. The mad scientist is played by George Zucco and played wonderfully. Zucco made a career as a mad scientist as well as other parts ( he was in over 100 Hollywood films). This movie makes you wonder who the real monster is!
