He becomes Wonderman and with his almost Superman like powers decides fight crime along side his girlfriend, Carol Paige. Brad Aa.k.a. Wonderman is a genius and in his secret Wonder lab, Wonderman creates the world's most powerful telescope and also gets ahold of a foreign device that allowed him to cross great distances such as the Sun in a matter of minutes.
His enemies included Dr. Voodo, Lilith, and the Immortal Emperor
This was an excellent comic for its time and was beautifully illustrated to the highest standards. Its covers helped lead the way along with Planet stories Pulps and Planet comics to the iconic girl in distress space alien covers.
Many Golden age comic book heroes often had six to seven-page adventures in a particular comic book. This was a common practice in the earlier years of comics, versus the modern approach of a character having the whole book titled after them. This is a compilations of those individual stories assembled for easy enjoyment
