Dick Tracy Returns was a sequel to the hit Republic serial Dick Tracy. This 15 part serial is put together in one 3 hour and 27 minute collection for fan enjoyment. 

Plot: Dick Tracy (Ralph Byrd) takes on a criminal organization led by Pa Stark ( Charles Middleton). Pa Starks gang is involved in extortions, espionage, racketeering and murder.   

Pa Starks Gang is run by his five sons.  Kid - the hot tempered youngest son, Trigger - the shoot happy sharpshooter, Slasher - the knife loving maniac, Dude - the swaggering smart guy, and Champ -  the muscles of the gang.
