Collier was a Illustrated weekly journal magazine - this set contains 240 select issues from 1895-1905
It was published in 1895-late 1900's. This "Illustrated weekly current event" magazine had a large following due to its quality Journalism, high end photos, illustrations and stories. It often received criticism from public figures due to its refusal not to print what it deemed important despite pressure from influential parties.
*These are decent Facsimile scans from the originals - there are just a few minor rips and tears that interfere with some words only in a couple of issues...but don't worry it's minor and certainly does not interfere with the ability to enjoy! These are excellent finds for magazines over 116-125 years old!
