A series of extremely violent bank robberies occur in London. These robberies involve mass explosions and a hunt for a ruthless supervillain who is the mastermind. Parts of London are shut down to try and solve the crime and Bulldog Drummond is the man for the job

Bulldog Drummond played by John Howard,  is still trying to get married and yet again crime foils the plan. This was an ongoing somewhat humorous theme to these movies. This film had more humor than the other Drummond films.
