The Black Terror who was secretly Bob Benton, was a quiet pharmacist who developed a super drug called "formic eithers". This drug allowed him and later his sidekick to inhabit superpowers of a vast variety to battle crime. Originally The Black Terror was the premier character in Exciting Comics published by Nedor Comics in 1941. This character was one of Nedor Comics top sellers and eventually headlined his own titled comic "The Black Terror" which was published quarterly and was a huge success.
The black Terror would battle Nazis, spy's, and evil criminal masterminds in order to preserve justice and freedom. This character was unique due to his fierce looking blackout fit that had a skull on it helping him project fear in the hearts of evil doers.
This collection contains all 27 of his solo titled comic books from the 1940's.
