Here at classic pulp we take copyright seriously. However the legal world and copyrights in the first half of the 1900's can sometimes be difficult to interpret.

We take every effort to avoid using copyright material. Its simply not what we are here to share. We want to share the lost, old and obscure with the future and digitize it to prevent its permanent loss.

If for any reason you have a concern about an item we provide and believe its not in the public domain due to many reasons, please let us know and we will most certainly take your concern seriously.
